1. Easy to join. Although many say that registering Adsense is difficult, in fact I do not think. However, most bloggers do not really learn, understand the policies and provisions of Adsense, so eventually rejected. If your blog is adequate (especially regarding the authenticity of the content and the number of articles that enough), then sign up for Adsense is arguably very easy. See if your blog has been qualified Adsense?
2. Easy to implement the ad code. The easiest is to use the default widget blogger (for those who wear blogspot). But the best part in my opinion is to add the ad unit via Adsense account, copy the code and paste it in your blog, that's easy.

Disadvantages
1. One side reporting Adsense is very simple and easy to understand, even by a beginner like me though. But on the other hand, reporting Adsense is not quite complete. I really look forward to the future of Adsense provides detailed reports on which ads are clicked, and of what keywords you click it originated. If it did, perfectly already.
2. Could not figure out which ads are most undervalued. If I had known, I would just block the ad.
3. The minimum payment is $ 100. Considerable value, especially for beginners. For those who are experienced and old enough to run Adsense indeed it was not a major obstacle.
4. Not to be spread out personal information. In the Standard Terms and Conditions page Adsense, point 7 states: "Secrecy. You agree not to disclose Google Confidential Information without the prior written consent of Google.
5. We never know how the real portion of our revenue. Adsense only mentions revenue sharing of 68% for Adsense for content and 51% for AdSense for search. We will never know how much is paid by the Advertiser. The only way to know how much of our income, is to try and run it.
That's the advantages and disadvantages of Google Adsense, a minimum of what I feel. But after almost two years of running Adsense, I can assure you that, Advantages Adsense much more than Disadvantages.
